Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

N.B: they might be some potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control. We appreciate your patience and we are looking forward to fulfill all our orders as soon as possible.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

You can always exchange your order within 14 days by placing a new order and mentioning in the notes section that your new order (#..) is in return of your old order (#..) or by visiting any of our branches.
